Investigation Fee
To investigate structural problems with a residence, Mr. Page has a flat-rate fee for the general metropolitan area which includes investigating the problems at the location, explaining his findings, conclusions and recommendations at the time of his visit. He then follows up with documentation summarizing those findings accompanied with any additional documentation currently on file which details common repairs.
The flat-rate fee for investigating structural problems in a residence applies to St. Louis City, St. Louis County and St. Charles County in Missouri, Madison and St. Clair Counties in Illinois. A small additional fee is charged for visiting residences in Lincoln, Warren, Franklin and Jefferson Counties in Missouri, Calhoun, Jersey, Munroe, Washington, Clinton, Bond and Macoupin Counties in Illinois.
Full payment is expected at the time of the visit unless prior arrangements are made.
The flat-rate fee for a basic review does not include the following:
• Special designs for non-common problems such as replacement floors
• Formal blueprints for bidding purposes (for most problems, the sketches provided are sufficient for a contractor to bid and undertake the work)
• Photographs
